The short version: we collect what we need to make and ship your stickers, and nothing more.

What we collect

• Your email, name and shipping address when you order.
• Artwork you upload and designs you create with the AI generator.
• Basic analytics about how the site is used, so we can make it easier to use.

Your designs are private

Uploads and AI designs are visible only to you, and to us when we print them. They’re never listed, searchable or sold to anyone else, and we don’t use them to train AI models. Previews are watermarked until you buy, and original files are only reachable through short-lived private links.

Who we share with

Stripe (payments), the shipping carrier (your address), our email provider (order emails) and the AI providers that draw your concepts (your prompt only). We don’t sell your data.

Emails

You’ll get order, proof and shipping emails. Marketing emails only if you opted in, with a one-click unsubscribe in every one.

Deleting your account

Email hello@stickerkiln.com and we’ll delete your account and designs. We keep order totals for tax records.
